Acceptable Use Policy — AI Rap Video
Content standards, prohibited categories, reporting channels, and moderation for AI Rap Video, the AI tool that turns photos of people and pets into rap videos.
Last updated: 2026-10-25
AI Rap Video ("we", "the Platform") is committed to providing safe, lawful, and responsible AI video generation services. This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") applies to all content uploaded to, generated by, or distributed through the Platform, and sets out our content standards, moderation, reporting procedures, and enforcement actions. All users must comply with this Policy.
1. Scope
This Policy applies to all content handled by the Platform, including:
- User uploads: photos of people or pets submitted by users, and the options they choose (style, background color, and lyrics preset).
- Generated output: cover images and rap-performance videos produced by the Platform, including their AI-generated beat and vocals and the preset lyrics they perform.
2. Content Standards & Prohibited Categories
The Platform prohibits generating the following six categories of content:
- Pornography / NSFW content.
- Violence / gore.
- Hate speech and harassment.
- Child-unsafe content (CSAM).
- Deepfakes / impersonation of real people.
- Content infringing copyright or trademarks.
The clauses below break these categories down further.
2.1 Absolutely Prohibited — Zero Tolerance
The following will be actioned immediately and may be reported to authorities:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexual content involving minors, in any form, without exception.
- Content that promotes or facilitates terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
- Content inciting genocide or ethnic hatred.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery: nudification or sexualized depictions of any real person.
- Covers or videos made from photos of any real person without their consent, and any generated content used to deceive, defraud, harass, defame, or impersonate — regardless of consent.
2.2 Restricted — Subject to Review
- Politically sensitive content: no content that may mislead the public about real people or events.
- Public figures and celebrities: photos of recognizable public figures or celebrities may only be used with their permission, and the result must never imply endorsement or be presented as their real performance or real statement.
2.3 Generally Prohibited Conduct
- Impersonating real individuals, brands, or organizations.
- Infringing intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
- Deceiving viewers by passing a generated cover or video off as a real performance, a real recording, or real speech by the people shown.
- Using generated content to harass, bully, humiliate, or defame anyone.
- Bulk-generating spam or deceptive commercial content.
- Attempting to bypass the Platform's safety measures.
2.4 Source of Uploaded Material
You may only upload photos of yourself, of people who have given you explicit permission, or of your own pets. In addition:
- Minors: you may upload a photo of a minor (anyone under 18) only if you are that minor's parent or legal guardian.
- Public figures and celebrities: you may not upload photos of real public figures or celebrities without their permission.
Uploading another person's likeness without their consent is prohibited. Permission to upload never authorizes generating the content prohibited under Section 2.1.
2.5 Sharing AI-Generated Content
Every cover and video made on the Platform is AI-generated: the scene, the movements, the beat, and the vocals are all created by AI. When you share one, label it as AI-generated wherever the platform you post on requires it, and never present it as a real performance or real speech by the people shown.
3. Content Moderation
We combine automated usage limits with human review of reports:
3.1 Automated Limits
- Rate limits on uploads and generation requests, applied per IP address and per account.
- Nothing can be generated without a signed-in account, and every cover and video uses credits.
- Generation requests may also pass through automated content checks run by our AI generation provider.
3.2 Consent Reminder
- The upload step reminds every user to upload only photos of themselves, of people who have given permission, or of their own pets (see Section 2.4).
3.3 Human Review
- All user reports are reviewed manually.
- When investigating a report, we may review the related uploads, results and generation records.
3.4 Content Severity Levels
| Level | Description | Review | Action |
|---|---|---|---|
| L1 — Critical | Child safety, terrorism | Removed immediately once reported, then confirmed by a person | Permanent ban + report to authorities |
| L2 — High | Non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, impersonation | Priority human review | Content removal + account suspension or ban |
| L3 — Medium | Photos used without permission, IP infringement | Human review | Content removal + warning or suspension |
| L4 — Low | Other minor violations | Report-triggered review | Warning |
4. Reporting
4.1 When to Report
- Content or behavior violating this Policy's content standards.
- Critical violations involving child safety or terrorism.
- Covers, videos, or impersonation that use your likeness, or that of someone you represent, without consent, or that infringe your rights.
4.2 Reporting Principles
- Confidentiality: reporter identity is strictly protected.
- Impartiality: all reports receive independent, objective review.
- Anti-abuse: malicious or false reports are recorded and may be actioned.
5. Reporting Channels
- Report / support email: support@airapvideo.store — monitored daily; include the link to the cover or video, or a description of the content, when possible.
6. Response & Processing Timelines
| Violation Type | Initial Response | Resolution |

| L2 — High | Within 2 business days | Within 5 business days |
