Terms of Service — AI Rap Video

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AI Rap Video at airapvideo.store ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

AI Rap Video is an AI-powered tool that turns two photos of people or pets into a short rap music video, in two steps:

1. Cover. You upload two photos and choose a style (realistic or 3D cartoon) and a background color. The AI places both subjects together in a stylized music-studio scene.
2. Video. You can then turn the cover into a vertical rap-performance video of about 12 seconds. The AI animates both subjects rapping and dancing, with an original AI-generated beat and AI rap vocals performing lyrics from the preset you pick. The video is not a copy of any existing song or performance.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible.

User Accounts

Creating a cover and creating a video both require a signed-in account and credits; nothing can be generated without an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.

Acceptable Use

Videos made from real people's photos must be created and shared responsibly. The Platform prohibits generating the following six categories of content:

1. Pornography / NSFW content.
2. Violence / gore.
3. Hate speech and harassment.
4. Child-unsafe content (CSAM) — zero tolerance; violations are reported to authorities.
5. Deepfakes / impersonation of real people — including any cover or video made from a real person's photo without their consent, and any generated content used to deceive, defraud, harass, or defame.
6. Content infringing copyright or trademarks.

You agree NOT to:

• Upload photos of anyone other than yourself or people who have given you their permission, or of animals other than your own pets.
• Upload a photo of a minor unless you are that minor's parent or legal guardian.
• Upload photos of real public figures or celebrities without their permission.
• Use any cover or video to impersonate or deceive anyone, including presenting it as a real performance, a real recording, or a real statement by the people shown.
• Create sexual, violent, hateful, harassing, or humiliating content of any person, or content that defames anyone.
• Upload or process content that is illegal, infringing, or that you do not have the rights to use.
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including likeness, publicity, and deepfake laws in your jurisdiction.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service.

Reporting: if you encounter content generated through the Service that violates these standards — including any cover or video that uses your likeness or that of someone you represent — report it to support@airapvideo.store. All reports are reviewed manually and actioned according to severity, from content removal and warnings to account suspension, permanent bans, and referral to authorities.

Our full content standards, moderation process, reporting channels, response timelines, enforcement ladder, and appeals procedure are set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We reserve the right to refuse processing, remove results, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Your Content and Ownership

You retain all rights to the photos you upload. You represent that you own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for every photo you upload, including the permission of every person depicted, or, for a minor, that you are their parent or legal guardian. You grant us only a limited, non-exclusive license to store and process your photos, and to send them to our AI generation provider, solely to provide the Service to you.

As between you and us, the covers and videos you generate belong to you, to the extent the law allows rights in them, and you may use them for any lawful purpose consistent with these Terms.

Uploaded photos and generated covers and videos are kept in our storage for 30 days and then deleted automatically, so please download anything you want to keep. See our Privacy Policy for how your files are handled.

AI-Generated Results

• Covers and videos are created automatically by AI models. Results can be imperfect or unexpected — for example, a likeness may not be exact, or movements and vocals may look or sound unnatural — and are provided "as is", without any guarantee of quality or accuracy.
• The beat and rap vocals in each video are generated by AI, and the lyrics come from our original presets. None of them is a copy of an existing song or performance, but because the music is generated automatically, we cannot guarantee that a result will never resemble other works.
• You are responsible for how you use and share your covers and videos, including following the rules of any platform you post them on. Label them as AI-generated wherever that platform requires it, and never present them as a real performance, recording, or statement by the people shown.

Payment, Credits, and Refunds

• All generation is paid for with prepaid credits, sold as one-time credit packs. Credits are deducted for each cover and each video at the rates shown on the pricing page and expire 365 days after purchase.
• Payments are processed by Stripe or by Waffo Pancake, depending on the payment option offered at checkout. When you pay through Stripe, AI Rap Video is the seller and Stripe processes the payment on our behalf; we never see or store your full card details. When you pay through Waffo Pancake, Waffo Pancake acts as our merchant of record and handles billing, taxes, and compliance. Your card statement shows the descriptor of the company that processed the payment.
• If a cover or video generation fails, the credits for that task are automatically returned to your account.
• Otherwise, credit purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law. See our Refund Policy for details.

Intellectual Property

The Service itself — its software, design, presets, and branding — is owned by AI Rap Video and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us.

Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Rap Video shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any content created by users through the Service.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, sending a notice through the Service.
